President William Ruto has fired a warning shot to corrupt officials in the government as he vowed to name and shame those culpable soon.

Speaking as he led the Mashujaa day celebrations from the Kericho Green stadium president Ruto has said he will not allow selfish individuals to hamper his development agenda in the Kenya Kwanza government under the Bottom up economic agenda

While outlining the newly unveiled Universal health coverage plan that will see more taxes paid by taxpayers, Ruto has vowed to ensure that every penny from Kenyans is  accounted for.

Under the Universal health Coverage plan, Ruto assented into law four health bills that will see radical changes in the health sector including a uniform payment plan in the revamped health scheme.

The regulation in the health scheme Ruto has noted will be unveiled soon that will among other things incorporate all Kenyans under the UHC Plan.

The head of state has also unveiled the 100,000 community health promoters who will decentralize health services in the ratio 1 promoter per 100 households.

Their launch, president Ruto has described, as a cornerstone in the health sector that will not only provide preventive services but also avert life challenges stemming from chronic diseases.
