Seven Shortlisted For Chief Registrar Of Judiciary Position 

 Judicial Service Commission has shortlisted Seven candidates for the position of Chief Registrar of the Judiciary to succeed Anne Amadi whose tenure ended early this year

In a notice JSC chairperson Chief Justice Martha Koome said the seven were shortlisted from a total of forty-three applications and are set to undergo interviews on  March 18, 2024.

“Having reviewed the applications for completeness and conformity with the constitutional and statutory requirements, the Commission shortlisted a total of seven candidates,” the notice reads.

The seven are: Rose Macharia Wachuka, Jack Ouma Busalile Mwimali, Anne Wambeti Ireri, Paul Ndemo Maina, Caroline Kendagor Jepyegen and Kennedy Kandet Lenkamai.

Meanwhile, members of the public have been invited to avail in writing any information of interest with respect to any of the shortlisted candidates.

The position fell vacant after Anne Amadi exited the corridors of justice as a State officer after a 10-year stint.

She passed the button to her deputy Paul Ndemo who is currently serving in an acting capacity.

Chief Justice Martha Koome, who presided over the exit ceremony, termed Amadi’s leadership as a transformative journey that has been impactful.
