The Ministry of Lands has announced that All payments for Land Rent shall now be made on the new ardhi sasa platform.
This follows an annul of the e-Citizen system .
In a statement Lands CS Farida Karoney said her ministry has completed the development of the National Land Information Management System.
This in bid to manage land records and transactional services.
She therefore claimed that it will enhance efficiency and transparent operations.
She added that all land owners with pending land transactions in Nairobi, to submit survey details to the Director of Land Administration.

This however, applies to transaction which have been paid for and are awaiting survey details.
She further said that those who fail to meet the requirement will forfeit the fees already paid.
To pay land rent, members of the public will be expected to register or log in to the platform on the ministry’s website
