March, 10th, 2021 The Ministry of Industrialization, Trade, and Enterprise Development has launched a new business center in Eldoret, housed at the Kenya Bureau of Standards North Rift Regional headquarters.
The new center will provide essential business and trade services such as registration of tax compliance, support of MSMEs with loans, support of registration of branding, training of MSMEs on production, certification of products, accreditation of systems, promoting, regulating, and developing MSMEs under one roof.
According to Bernard Njiraini, Managing Director, KEBS, the opening of the new center in Eldoret is part of a collaborative role, under their parent ministry in an expansion strategy to reach local communities and MSMEs with timely government services.
