Energy and petroleum Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir is the worst performing minister.
According to a recent survey by TIFA Davis Chirchir was ranked with 19 pc followed closely by Gender Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa and her Treasury counterpart Njuguna Ndungu at 23 and 24pc respectively.
Chirchir has led in headlines over increased prices in petrol, diesel and kerosene that has seen the price of basic commodities hike.
Recently he was also minced for frequent power outages that saw services at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport paralyzed after backup generators failed to pick up.
Interior boss Kithure Kindiki is the best performing CS at 65pc,Prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi whose role was expanded to be the Foreign and diaspora affairs CS emerged second at 62pc followed closely by their Education counterpart Ezekiel Machogu with 58pc at position three.
The survey conducted on the last quarter of this year also found that 8 in 10 Kenyans have reduced expenditure on basic commodities owing to the current economic situation with over
84pc of Kenyans now admit that their financial status has worsened compared to a similar period last year.
TIFA found that Kenyans attribute to Inflation at 39pc, corruption at 15pc and debt repayment at 8 pc among main challenges facing the Kenya Kwanza government.
