Universities are expected to declare the cost of their academic programmes in adherence to President William Ruto’s directive.
In a letter to all vice chancellors and principals of university constituent colleges, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, however, said cost of accommodation and meals is exempt from the directive.
The information is to be submitted in a duly filled Excel template and a scanned PDF of the duly filled template attached with a forwarding letter addressed to the CEO.
Wahome said KUCCPS will publish all programs and warned that the government was only going to fund students who selected programs in public universities.
