Kofi Owusu: When you Give Publicly, it encourages others

[Ghanaian Gospel Artist, Kofi Owusu]

Ghanaian Gospel musician Kofi Owusu Peprah has chose to defend givers who capture the moments on social media. In fact, the multi talented singer and ordained minister noted that he is not ashamed of anything when he documents his special moments of charity.

While chatting with Barbra Koinange on the artist hangout for the Pearl Overdrive show, Owusu underscored that capturing the moments encourages others to do the same.

Owusu, while speaking on this topic expounded on his undying love of sharing with the less privileged members of his society.

The ‘Matwen Awurade Anim’ hitmaker stated that he is compelled to give in every close of each year to children, orphans and widows in the community.

According to the scripture ‘Let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth, is said as an extreme expression, as much as to say, If it were possible, that you should not know yourself, and that your very hands should be hid from your sight, that is what you should most strive after.’ Matthew 6:3, the text has led to reproof among believers who argue that public giving breeds pride.

However, according to Owusu, acts of kindness should be extended to each other but also showing others that sharing is a noble gesture that can be exercised .

The topic was in context to the day show’s as Barbra forthwith encouraged her drive listener to develop kindness at a time the world has been marred with lots of negativity.

Owusu was speaking ahead of his performances in the country in the last weekend of January 2023

Kofi will be performing at Grace Arena Ministries in the campony of other renowned artist like Dr. Ipyana, Joe Mettle and Victoria Arenzie.
