Jubilee to review its policies on Saturday

The Jubilee Party says its main agenda for the National Delegates Convention (NDC) set for Saturday will be to review its’s policies.

The party will also ratify proposed changes to the party’s Constitution to comply with electoral laws.

Jubilee members are further expected to approve the party’s new seal, symbol and flag, following recent changes.

This is as the clasped fists symbol has been replaced by a white dove, the yellow and black colors have been replaced with white and red, and the party’s ‘Tuko pamoja’ slogan has been replaced with a new one; ‘Mbele Pamoja.’

The changes have also been effected on banners displayed at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), where the NDC will be held.

According to Jubilee vice-chairman David Murathe, they will have a twin NDC alongside the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party, that will endorse Odinga’s presidency for the August Presidential election in August under the Azimio Movemnet.

This is as the ODM party will hold its NDC on the same date as the Jubilee.

Jubilee will however hold its national governing council meeting today.
