Harambee stars coach Engin Firat has named provisional 26 man squad that will play Mali home and away in the 2022 FIFA world cup qualifiers early next month.
Engin has recalled goalkeeper Farouk Shikalo in the squad that also sees the return of Ismael Gonzalez. Joash Onyango and Aboud Omar are also back in the fold after being overlooked by former tactician Jacob ghost Mulee
Engin has however dropped Benson Omalla , Clifton Miheso and Leopards forward Elvis Rupia.
Masud Juma has also been dropped and little known Sydney Lokale of Kariobangi sharks called up.
Kenya is currently second in the prequalifying group behind Mali after two draws against Uganda and Rwanda.
Stars face Mali in Nairobi on 6th of October and a return fixture in Bamako four days later.
