Passengers planning to travel to Somalia or back to Kenya by air, will be forced to reschedule their travel.
This follows Kenya suspending all flights to and from Somalia.
However Kenya through the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority did not give any reason for the action.
Which comes days after Mogadishu and Nairobi restored ties.
It instead referred to its reasons as operational sensitive information.
The event saw the two countries resume relations on claims of promoting the interests of good neighborliness.
The ban now comes in the backdrop of Kenya’s Foreign Affairs ministry, acknowledging the development, saying it looks forward to furthering normalization of relations by the Somali authorities.
