Feb 28th 2021 The Ogiek have expressed joy after bible translation and literacy handed them the book of Luke in their language .
Speaking during the handover of the translation in Narok county , BTL National director Peter Munguti said the completion of the book of Luke in Ogiek language will help the community reach out more with the gospel.
Bible translation is also working on the completion of the Digo complete bible by May 2021 and the Ilchamus new testament.
The Duruma complete is also still in the process to be competed soon. Bible Translation & Literacy is a Christian organization that was established in 1981 to facilitate Bible translation and sustainable Literacy and language development programmes among small language groups in Kenya and beyond.
