Manchester City records fourpeat after sealing 2023/24 season

Reigning English Premier league champions Manchester city picked their fourth title in a row.

City broke the threepeat record inked by Manchester United rewriting the record books under Pep Guardiola who masterminded six Premier League wins in the past seven seasons.

Manchester City 3-1  final-day victory over West Ham United courtesy of goals from Phil Foden (2) and Rodrigo sealed our latest success, with City finishing two points ahead of second-placed Arsenal.  

Captain Kyle Walker lifted the trophy at the Etihad in front of a sell-out crowd, with Club legend Paul Dickov and City in the Community participant Michael Crowther given the responsibility of handing the trophy to the England full-back. 

City now have an opportunity to become the first side in English football history to win back-to-back Premier League and FA Cup Doubles when we face Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on 25 May.

And Arsenal beat Everton 2-1 but  missed out on the title despite a 20 year wait 

Mathematically ,the Gunners needed to beat the Toffees and hope City failed to win against West Ham.

Arsenal suffered a setback when Idrissa Gueye’s deflected free-kick put Everton in front, although Takehiro Tomiyasu equalised three minutes later and late minute goal from kai havertz
