1000 students joining form one are set to benefit from The Equity Group’s Wings to Fly scholarship program which had attracted 56,000 students of the 2024 cohort
Annually, the initiative offers full scholarships for the students throughout their high school studies.
The Foundation has been the implementing partner for the government-led Elimu Scholarship program, which has benefited 27,000 scholars over a period of three years.
Speaking at the Pangani Girls high school Equity group CEO James Mwangi encouraged the students to take advantage of the opportunity to better their lives.
To date, there have been 60,009 scholarships over a period of 15 years, according to Equity.
