“Mnaendanga church gani?” Rev Kiama asks NCAJ on draft bill meant to decriminalise prostitution

Reverend Tony Kiama of the River of God Church has trained his spiritual guns against a draft proposal of the National Council of Administrative justice that seeks to decriminalize prostitution in the country.

Kiama has said the council which is chaired by the Chief Justice Martha Koome is mounting on an already  poor set precedent that wants to erode the moral fiber of the country by invoking alternative modes of punishment to prostitution.

“Hawa watu wanaenda church gani? Wanasomanga Bibilia gani? Ni nani anawahubiria? You might get away with it here on earth, but remember our God is a consuming fire.” NCAJ was told by Kiama

The fierce man of cloth has accused the Martha Koome led council of  going against their oath when they assumed office

Speaking via social media accounts, Reverend Kiamah has also regretted the law allowing the registration of the gay community in the country that was passed by the five bench supreme court jury.

According to the draft Bill, prostitution will remain an offense, however, punishable through issuance of verbal sanctions, conditional discharge, probation, community service, and attending a rehabilitation center.

As is stands, prostitution offenders are fines heftily by the courts or face jail terms

This as the The River of  God pastor has also challenged the public on its choice of leadership.
