Ride hailing Tazi platform Bolt, the leading on-demand mobility platform in Africa, has launched a driver engagement center in Nairobi to get closer to issues affecting drivers in the region.
The center seeks to to enhance its driver relations and address drivers’ concerns.
The driver engagement center is located in the Westlands, Nairobi, and will be accessed on an appointment basis to ensure seamless and effective management of driver issues.
The launch of the engagement centre enhances the provision of a range of benefits.
