Kabras Sugar will play Menengai Oilers in the Kenya cup final after both won their semi final matches on Saturday. Last years finalists Kabras made easy the Strathmore Leos challenge winning 29-9 .
The oilers had the hardest job to see off holders KCB in their Ruaraka backyard and had to come from behind to win 24-17.
The final match is slated for 12th of March in a venue to be announced by KRU.
The promotion battle in the second tier KRU Championship remains finely poised heading into the final round of action this coming weekend . South Coast Pirates, Shamas, Mean Machine, Catholic Monks and Western Monks are all in with a chance of making the semifinal.
South Coast Pirates sit top of the log with 38 points with Shamas second on 36 points .Mean Machine are third on 35 points after falling to a 17-15 home defeat to Western Bulls.
Catholic Monks are fourth on the table with 34 points while Bulls are still in with a mathematical chance, sitting fifth on the log with 29 points. The top four will make the semis with the finalist being promoted.
