The Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Kenya Jackson Ole Sapit has called on politicians to not propagate hate speech ahead of the 2022 General Election.
Speaking during the official opening of the Majengo ACK Church in Narok County on Wednesday, Sapit emphasized that peace in the country is paramount.
According to Sapit, divisive politics are uncalled for, noting that Kenyans should remain united at all cost.
The archbishop also called for the youth to register on the ongoing voter registration drive, saying this will allow them to elect leaders of their choice.
