GSU and KPA men’s Volleyball teams learn their quarter final opponents in the African showpiece in Tunisia

Kenya’s representatives at the African volleyball Club championship General Service Unit GSU will face Esperance of Tunisia in one of the quarter final.

On other hand Kenya Ports Authority KPA will play Egyptian side Zamalek in the  quarter-finals tomorrow.

GSU qualified after victory in the last group game against  Espoir of DRC and KPA beat Rukinzo of Burundi .

GSU who are the Kenyan champions last won the African men’s title in 2018 .

Meanwhile ,Prisons and Pipeline ladies volleyball teams began the Africa  Women’s Club Championship on a high with straight sets  victories .

In pool A Pipeline beat  Ivorian side ASEC Mimosa 3-0 of 25-11, 25-11 and 25-11. Prisons Burundian side Muzinga by the same margin, winning this Pool B encounter in 25-8, 25-8,25-8.
