Happy happy new year! This is the beginning of a new book with all your chapters ahead, waiting for what you will fill it with and what greatness you will pull from within yourself.
I don’t know how you got into this year, whether you were very elated and excited for a fresh start or continuation of a good time, whether you were barely surviving, clutching onto the little hope you had left, or no hope at all, or whether you were flowing through it. I do however know that you are deserving of all things that are good and elevating.
You do not have to have new year resolutions or want to change yourself but it is important to be kind to yourself as you begin this journey. Being kind entails keeping yourself accountable and being honest with yourself. What would you like to do differently this year? What are you saying to/over yourself this year? What would you like to do with your life this year? What area in your life will you show more grace? What area of your life would you like to be excellent in?
I hope these questions guide you throughout some planning or decision making that you will get to make this year.
This is my verse for you as we begin this year;
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.
