Libyans arrested for setting Nigerian on Fire

The Libyan authorities have arrested three suspects for killing a man by setting him on fire, as reported by the interior minister. The Nigerian man was a migrant working in a Libyan Factory. The three Libyan men are all in their 30’s.

The accused Libyan men stormed in a factory in Tripoli where the Nigerian Migrant was working poured petrol on him and set him on fire.

The Chief of mission for the International Organization for migration said this was a continuation of crime against Migrants in Libya. “yet another senseless crime against migrants in the country”. He further said any other party found liable in the incident must be held to account.
